Who would have thought pretzels and balsamic vinegar?!! But it is delicious! Simply combine an equal amount of Gourmet Blends Black Currant Balsamic, Jalape√Īo White Balsamic and Meyer Lemon Olive Oil in a small container and mix. Add a little fresh black cracked pepper to enhance the taste ūüôā ¬†Dip your delicious pretzel and enjoy!

Baked Brie with Vanilla Fig Balsamic Vinegar

Quick and easy to prepare. Perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

1) 8″ to 10″ wheel of Brie cheese (with rind on)
2) Tbsp. Vanilla Fig Balsamic or Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place brie in oven-safe baking dish for 15 minutes (more or less till starting to bubble).¬† Place on platter.
  • Drizzle vinegar artfully over brie.¬† Serve with crusty bread slices or crackers.
