As our Balsamic Vinegar ages, it gets richer and sweeter and loses its acidity. That's why Italians just call it "balsamic." Drizzle it over fresh fruits or ice cream and salads too.  You’ll simply fall in love.  Pour it over olive oil, add a pinch of sea salt and dip your bread in it. One taste and you’ll feel transported to Italy.
