On the waterfront boardwalk in downtown Bremerton, Washington 243 2nd St, Bremerton, WA 98337 This FREE, family-friendly festival takes over Bremerton’s picturesque waterfront over Labor Day weekend. From modest beginnings in 1990, the berry-fest has evolved into THE summer-ending extravaganza for the Puget Sound.
In 2012, the Bremerton Rotary Club took over the management of the Blackberry Festival, which is one of the club’s two annual fundraisers for the Bremerton Rotary Foundation. The Bremerton Rotary Foundation provides scholarships and camperships for local students, and donates thousands of dollars annually to local non-profits, projects, parks and events, as well as international projects. Last year, nearly 15,000 revelers turned out for the free entertainment and festive atmosphere. This year’s event is bound to bring in even more blackberry devotees. By attending the Bremerton Blackberry Festival and supporting our vendors, you are giving back to the community. Thank you for your support!
