Avocado Slices Snack and Appetizer is a delicious little quickie recipe. Serve with Jalapeño White Balsamic Vinegar and Lime Olive Oil. Yum!
Ingredients:
Avocado
Lime Olive Oil
Jalapeño White Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions:
Slice avocado. Place in a bowl. Drizzle Jalapeño White Balsamic Vinegar and Lime Olive Oil over the Avocado. Use a one to one ratio of Lime Olive Oil to Jalapeño White Balsamic Vinegar . Sprinkle or grind a bit of sea salt to taste. Turn the avocado in the bowl to spread the Jalapeño White Balsamic Vinegar, Lime Olive Oil and sea salt seasoning. Serve. Note: sometimes in the summer you may want to chill the avocado a bit before serving.
